Description
Starcoat offers resistance to water, perspiration, and sebum. It contains light-reflecting micas that create a shimmering effect and a soft-focus appearance, which can help blur the appearance of fine lines. Multifunctional, Starcoat liquid can be used on the face, eyes, and lips.
Apply using a brush to the eyelids over the eyeshadow and to the lips over the lipstick.
It's a "must have".
