THE Guilty Beauty We offer various shipping options, which may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, value, and destination region.

Shipping costs are displayed during the order registration process in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

• Destination region
• Weight and/or value of the order
• Chosen shipping method
• Choice of VAS (Value Added Services)

In-store pickup

When choosing the "Store Pickup" shipping method, no shipping fee will be charged. Pickup times are: morning: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM; afternoon: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Shipments via CTT and DPD destined for Portugal.

When choosing the " CTT " shipping method, orders are sent via the carrier. corresponding.

International shipments

International shipping is also available, starting from €9.14 up to 1000g. See the checkout page for more information.

Shipments to countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) are exempt from any customs duties and import taxes. This does not apply to countries outside the EEA, which may incur customs duties and import taxes imposed by the respective destination country. The responsibility lies with the buyer , and it is not possible to attribute the respective fees and charges arising therefrom to them. Guilty Beauty. The return or destruction of the shipment due to failure to pay or process customs duties and fees is the buyer's responsibility.

How is the order shipment processed?

Orders submitted and with payment confirmation are usually processed immediately, on business days (except holidays or force majeure events). If you have any changes to make to your order, please do so immediately. Any alteration will result in the destruction of raw materials and consequently create unnecessary pollution.

Orders can be shipped via CTT and DPD. Orders shipped via DPD before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day, and orders shipped via CTT before 3:30 PM will also be shipped the same day. Therefore, DPD's closing time is 12:00 PM. and the CTT's closing time is 3:30 PM . If you place an order after the shipping deadline, your package will be shipped the next business day.

Orders will be shipped based on the shipping method chosen by the customer during registration and only after payment validation.

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the delivery information.

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service chosen or the timeframe specified in the shipping method description.

Delivery times

After the order is submitted and payment is confirmed, your order will be processed immediately. If payment confirmation occurs before the carrier's closing time, the order will be shipped the same day. Orders are only processed on business days, excluding holidays or force majeure events.

Delivery times may vary due to external factors completely beyond Guilty Beauty's control, and may not be strictly adhered to.

Delays and failures in deliveries are entirely beyond Guilty Beauty's control and cannot be held responsible. However, the Guilty Beauty team will do everything in its power to resolve any anomaly that results in a delay or failure in delivery.
