Description
The Magic Primer, a blend of silicone resin and volatile silicone, is used to make eyeshadows waterproof, tear-resistant, sweat-resistant, and friction-resistant. It forms a malleable film on the skin, an excellent primer for adhering pearls, starlights, and glitter. Apply in a very thin layer for quick drying.
It can also be mixed with foundation and concealer to increase durability.
