Description
LipStix Sealer prevents lipstick or lip liner from smudging or transferring color by creating a transparent film. (It does not add color to the lip.)
Available in a glass bottle (15 ml) with a brush applicator.
How to use this product:
Apply lip liner and lipstick. Use a tissue to remove excess lipstick. With your mouth slightly open, apply the LipStix Sealer and then close your mouth. Let it dry for 30-60 seconds. You can enjoy the lipstick for hours.
It comes off with makeup remover followed by soap and water.
Ingredients
SD Alcohol 38B (Alcohol Denat.), Glycerin, Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Ethylcellulose, Hydroypropylcellulose. May Contain: [+/- CI 17200 (Red 33)].
