Return policy
Context
This return policy was developed based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.
Free resolution and return period
The customer has the right to cancel the contract without incurring any costs (other than the cost of returning the product(s)) and without having to state a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer (except the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).
Therefore, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, any purchase made in the store can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).
If the customer wishes to exercise the right of free withdrawal from the contract, they must complete and submit any unequivocal contract termination statement. You can request the Withdrawal Form by contacting the store within the aforementioned period or indicate this via email. geral@guiltybeauty.pt , explicitly stating that they wish to terminate the contract.
The email communication must include the following information:
- Recipient's name
- Phone/mobile contact
- Order number
- Order date
- Date the order was received
- Number of products and/or services purchased
After receiving your request for contract cancellation, we will respond as soon as possible in order to expedite the process and schedule the collection of the purchased product(s).
Conditions for return
For a purchase to be eligible for return, the items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. They must also be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of misuse or mishandling.
Products considered perishable cannot be returned. Examples include: food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines.
Products related to personal hygiene or intimate items will also not be accepted for return. Returns must always be made to the retailer and never to the supplier of the products and/or services.
Documentation
In order for the return process to be completed, it will be necessary to include the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and return form.
Reimbursement
The refund of the product(s) price, as well as the delivery costs, will be processed in full within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to cancel the purchase.
THE Guilty Beauty We are not obligated to reimburse additional return costs for a different and more expensive product collection method than the one we offer. In the event that the customer requests collection of the product(s) from us... Guilty Beauty , the refund process will begin after we have duly received the product(s). The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and where the customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

Exchanges
An exchange is only accepted when the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect, or damaged during delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us by email at the following address: geral@guiltybeauty.pt

If the item was a gift, it will only be accepted for exchange upon presentation of the corresponding gift receipt.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs initially paid will be included in the amount to be reimbursed, as stipulated in current legislation under Decree Law No. 24/2014.
If the customer wants a collection method different from the one defined by At Guilty Beauty , the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs related to returning the product to the store, whether for a refund or exchange.
We cannot guarantee that items will be returned or will arrive in the same condition as when they were shipped.
International returns
In the case of an order delivered abroad, the return process is based on the conditions mentioned above.
