Recommended use and application tips:
Activated water for face, body and/or hair.
Great for thick edges and large applications.
Apply with a makeup brush or sponge.
Instructions for use:
Wet the applicator, swirl it around the surface of the makeup, and work it in until you achieve a creamy consistency.
Easily remove with Mehron's Bared™ Remover.
