Bulletproof eyeliner pencils in brown or black. They are waterproof, smudge-proof, and transfer-proof. Up to 16 hours on the upper eyelid and 8 hours on the waterline. Glides on easily and can be applied to both the outer corner and the lash line. To sharpen, use a cosmetic sharpener such as: Mehron Sharpener or MKATL Sharpener . For best results, apply a thin layer of powder before applying the pencil. Dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested.
Precautions: For external use only. Store in a dry place with temperatures between 10ºC - 30ºC. Keep the pencil properly closed with the cap. Avoid impacts or dropping.
